Locking $Pretzel
Locking your pretzel tokens offers many benefits, like:
- It prevents you from selling too early!
- It helps the project take off faster!

π How to Lock your Tokens
- ββππ»First, go to Smithii Token Vesting.
- Next, connect your wallet.
- Tap the field that says 'Select Token' and select PRETZEL.
- Set the End Date (this is the day when your tokens become available for you to withdraw again).
- Enter the amount of tokens you want to lock in the field titled 'Token Total Amount to be locked'.
- ββππ»The field labeled 'Vesting Url' is where you'll set the name of your vesting certificate. This will become part of the final URL for the vesting certificate. For example, if you enter 'bob-pretzel-10m' Smithii will store your vesting certificate at the URL https://tools.smithii.io/token-vesting-certificate/bob-pretzel-10m
- ππ»Optional: Adding vesting periods is costly, and not neccessary.
- ππ» Optional: Setting receiver wallets is also costly, and not neccessary.
- ππ» Optional: You may set social media links but it's not neccessary.
- Finally, click the button that says 'Create Vesting' and confirm the transaction in your wallet. The process should take 30-60 seconds to complete.
- Congrats! You're locked! π₯³
- After the vesting has been created, you will be redirected to the vesting admin page.
- On the vesting admin page, you should see a blue button that says something like 'Get Vesting Certificate' and it will either display or redirect you to your final token vesting ceritificate URL.
- Send this token vesting certificate URL to an admin in the Telegram or Discord groups so that we can add it to the website.
- If you've locked up more than 1M tokens, you are eligible for The Whales Club.
